CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits' Global Health Solutions are composed of a full time medical staff dedicated exclusively to international care and a range of online tools specifically designed to meet the needs of expatriates and business travelers.
CIEB offers International Health Risk Assessments to customers to encourage prevention through proactive employee engagement in health care and lifestyle choices. The assessment accommodates multiple cultures and languages through localization and translation. To complement the assessments, CIEB also offers reporting tools to help employers understand their employee population’s health risks.
Through an arrangement with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, CIEB offers confidential, easy-to-use, medical second opinions. Customers can submit diagnostic tests and medical records to the Cleveland Clinic via CIGNA Envoy®, CIEB’s secure web portal, if they have received a serious or life-threatening diagnosis.
For routine care or crisis management, CIEB's physician-led clinical team is available for outreach, coordination, and intervention in the following areas:
